Remnant

Monday 11/20/2006 11:22 PM

Continuing in my previously discussed vein of my (at best) non-standard sleep schedule, let me tell you what I did this weekend.

Stayed up all night so I could go to The Asylum to shoot pictures in the morning morning magic hour. With dawn listed as 6:40 AM and sunrise about 7:03 AM, magic hour was looking like about half an hour at best.

After a few hours of playing poker online, I loaded The Boys in the car and headed out. First was McDonalds (bacon, egg & cheese biscuit and breakfast to take home to Candy). Next was The Asylum.

Not much was left of the old tuberculosis ward, but I had a good time taking pics and experimenting with different exposure levels as I wandered around the perimeter of the demolition site.

Your image today is the first of several from my Sunday AM shoot.

File Under: Asylum, The; Photography
Music: Radiohead "Kid A"
