Found this in my office while cleaning out a bunch of junk. Love the weathering.

Installed my new scanner this evening/morning. Judging by the image of the day, I'd say it works. Man, it is fast too!

Finished my two most recent remixes later Thursday night (Friday morning) so I could get them off in the mail Friday (which was the deadline for the contests). I'm really happy with them and am anxious to see if I win.

I'm done with music for a while now, though. I have loved working on these projects, but they have sucked up way too much of my time, and I have other things I want to start working on now.

Cliff Martinez "Solaris Soundtrack"

Ethereal beauty in shimmering tones and barely-there rhythms. This re-defintion of ambient music is more cast member than score in the under-appreciated Steven Soderbergh masterpiece. Not only in my regular rotation for years now, but it's set my mood while writing the book.
