In September of 2007, R. Jacobs of Northwestern Pennsylvania placed a Bushnell trail camera in automatic mode with an infrared flash. On the night of September 16th, his camera took some interesting pictures.
Your picture today was taken a little after 8PM and it clearly shows two bear cubs that were attracted by the “strong aromatic deer attractant mix and a mineral lick block” that Jacobs had placed in front of the camera.
It's the next couple pictures that were taken about half an hour later that are so intriguing. Check back tomorrow.
Your Link of the Day is to the product page for the trail camera Jacobs was using.
