Peter's Super-Food Oatmeal

This recipe is adapted from one I found in Men's Health magazine a couple years ago:

Mix it up. Nuke for 2-3 minutes (gotta cook that egg).

After cooking, add slices from half a banana and a generous dollop of plain yogurt (I like Fage, a thick Greek yogurt I can buy in Tallahassee that is available with 0% fat).

Eat!
