For My Father

You never struck me. You've never judged me. You have always supported me.

Yeah, we missed some important times after you left when I was a kid. But now we connect better than ever.

I love you, Dad.

Imagine my surprise Saturday afternoon when I found a Father's Day card in my mailbox from my nephew Alex. According to my sister, Alex said, "Father's Day is for all sorts of people," and then he picked out the card for me.
