Breakfast at J. Christopher's

 This photo from the Nine Inch Nails concert in Tampa on May 9th, 2009, was already pretty much color free. Photoshop helped me take it all the way to the black and white. A couple years ago when I went to Atlanta I met a some friends for breakfast. Even though I wrote about my plans, in reviewing my blog via my snazzy new search tool it appears that I never told you about the delicious breakfast I enjoyed back then.
The restaurant we ate at was J. Christopher's and was highly recommend by my friend Paul Dobesh (formerly known as 4 Ohm Load, but that's another story for another time). The overall breakfast experience was great, but the highlight were the Blueberry Crunchcakes. They are pancakes with blueberries and granola. They also have these breakfast sausage links that are about as big around as a hot dog. Superb!
When I started planning our Tampa trip, I was thrilled to discover that J. Christopher's has a restaurant on Dale Mabry Highway. It was 15-20 minutes drive from our hotel, but well worth the trip. Candy enjoyed it too and we'll track another one down on a future trip.
